The Madada collection offers for lovers of the countryside a traditional stone house located just 6 km from the sandy beaches of Essaouira and its medina.

Surrounded by olive trees, bougainvilleas and cacti, the building combines traditional with its decoration very inspired by Morocco–Provençal style and contemporary with its volumes and space.
Small jewel radiating in the countryside between the blue sky and a swimming pool looking like a large pool, you will feel at home, the service is also very generous, with a hobby helped by the caretaker and gardener who will make you spend an unforgettable stay .

Some will say that they feel between land and sea, others that they have a foot in the history of the old town and a foot on the warm sand of the beach. It is not only this situation that makes it such a special house but also the people who live there and who welcome you there.

The Gourmet Table
Formerly a carob warehouse where the king's traders stored their goods in order to export them, via the port, to Europe, this local steeped in history offers a restaurant of fish specialties with a menu with flavors of the Ocean and Morocco. Under his magnificent stone arches our chef works the fresh fish from our coasts, the shells and crustaceans arrived the same day, giving the spotlight to seafood. The top of the poster is held by a spider crab gratin to swoon although there are serious competitors with the tenderloin of beef, often flambé before your eyes, a real spectacle, the sea bass in salt crust or the couscous lobster and salmon with the allure of three stars with its presentation aged and molded in a circle.

Named for the Persian ‘Padichah’, meaning sovereign, the Pacha room will not disappoint. Located on the ground floor on a large terrace facing the ocean, with privacy guaranteed thanks to the tinted windows. The Pacha exudes a refined and comfortable atmosphere with its fabulous views over the Atlantic ocean.
